What's free
Your first ornament on One Tree is free: pick a bauble, a teardrop, a star or a candy cane, write a wish and hang it. One free ornament per device.
Prices

Prices are in US dollars, one-time payments, no subscription. Local sales tax (such as VAT) may be added at checkout depending on where you live; you see the final amount before you pay.
How payment works
Payments are handled by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record for all orders. You can pay by card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never see or store your card details.
Delivery
Everything we sell is digital. Your ornament appears on the tree right after the payment goes through, and you get a link to it and a receipt by email. Nothing is shipped.
Refunds
- If you paid and your ornament didn't appear, or you were charged twice, we refund you in full.
- For any other reason, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of the purchase; your ornament is then taken off the tree.
- Ornaments removed because they broke our Terms are not refunded.
To ask for a refund, write to onetree.wishes@outlook.com with the email you paid with or the link to your ornament. Refunds go back to the way you paid, usually within 5–10 days.
